Alex A. Lauricella

Attorney at Law

Alex Lauricella recently graduated from Loyola University New Orleans College of Law and joined Didriksen, Saucier, Woods & Pichon as an associate.  During his time at Loyola, Alex excelled in various courses including legal ethics, property law, contracts, successions, civil procedure, admiralty, and bankruptcy.  Alex was actively involved in the Loyola Maritime Law Journal as Comment Editor, and was published for his research on multinational corporations.  Alex also worked as a student-practitioner for the Loyola Law Clinic where he represented indigent defendants in Orleans Parish Criminal Court.

Alex was born and raised in New Orleans.  In high school, Alex attended John Curtis Christian School where he graduated class valedictorian and received an athletic scholarship to play football at Tulane University.  He then received his B.A. in Political Science from Tulane University.

Alex’s prior work experience has involved mass tort litigation, personal injury, workers’ compensation, and criminal law.  Since joining Didriksen, Saucier, Woods and Pichon, Alex has worked on first and third party property, casualty, liability coverage and defense cases, at the primary and excess levels.  These include environmental claims and class actions; personal injury claims arising out of construction, industrial, highway, and automotive accidents; and defense of construction defect and design defect claims.
