Caleb H. Didriksen
Caleb has more than 30 years of experience as a civil lawyer with an emphasis on complex and technical litigation. The firm, under Mr. Didriksen’s leadership, has an excellent win/loss record and has been actively involved on behalf of domestic and international clients in some of the largest cases litigated in Louisiana.
Caleb received his B.S. in General Engineering from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Campaign in 1977 and obtained his Juris Doctorate from Tulane Law School, Louisiana in 1982. While an undergraduate, he was a member of the Tau Beta Pi and Gamma Epsilon Engineering Honors Societies. He worked as a process control engineer in glass manufacturing plants between engineering school and law school. Caleb has been licensed as a General Contractor in Louisiana since 2010.
Caleb has represented large corporations, the London market and local Louisiana clients since founding the firm in 1988, including the State of Louisiana, various insurers, utilities, railroads, major automaker, schools, universities and churches. His engineering and construction background is invaluable to his practice where he deciphers and litigates technical and complex cases; fire-origin, product liability, medical malpractice, heavy machinery, construction defects, environmental and toxic torts for insurance clients worldwide. He also maintains a business and property practice, in which he advises businesses and individuals in connection with corporation, property and contract issues.
